We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager who understands how to generate leads, build trust with business owners, demonstrate software value, and close deals. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, commercially sharp, and comfortable selling software solutions to local businesses in Pune.
What You Will Do
- Drive sales of AlgoPercepto's CRM and business automation solution to salons, dentist, spas, studios, clinics, and other service businesses
- Identify and qualify leads through field visits, cold outreach, referrals, local networking, and partnerships
- Book product demos with business owners, managers, and decision-makers
- Understand client pain points around appointments, lead management, customer retention, billing, staff workflows, and reporting
- Present the product in a business-focused way, not just as software features
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to demo to negotiation to closure
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and update CRM data regularly
- Work closely with founders to refine pitch, pricing, objections, and go-to-market execution
- Gather market feedback from prospects and customers to improve product positioning
- Support onboarding handoff after closure to ensure smooth customer activation
- Build local market presence in Pune through relationship-led selling
Who We Are Looking For
- 25 years of experience in business development, SaaS sales, software sales, B2B sales, or solution selling
- Experience selling to SMBs, local businesses, or service-based businesses is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred
- Comfortable with field sales, in-person meetings, and local market outreach in Pune
- Ability to understand business problems and map them to software solutions
- Strong follow-up discipline, objection handling, and closing ability
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales pipeline tracking, and lead management
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a growing business environment
Good to Have
- Experience selling CRM, ERP, POS, appointment systems, or automation tools
- Experience in beauty, wellness, salon-tech, or local retail/service business ecosystems
- Existing network in Pune among salons, spas, clinics, or service-business owners
- Experience in startup or early-stage company environments
