Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with 34 years of experience in B2B Sales within the IT/ Telecom sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and expanding the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify, approach, and onboard new clients.
- Build and manage long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CXO level).
- Analyse market trends and customer needs to position products/services effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, tech, support) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage contract processes.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and management insights.
- Capable of handling and nurturing client relationships.
- Committed to maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT or Telecom Sector.
- Proficient in professional email communication.
- Strong understanding of technology-driven solutions and enterprise sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven with a growth mindset and ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of CRM tools like Zoho.
- Experience in SaaS, cloud services, or enterprise software is a plus.
