Working Hours: 3:00 PM 1:00 AM IST

About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Manager to work closely with experienced sales leaders in the United States. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure across the full sales lifecyclefrom sales development and pre-sales to post-sales handover.

You will play a critical role in engaging large enterprise customers, delivering compelling product demonstrations, responding to RFPs, and building scalable post-sales processes in collaboration with Customer Success teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Development & Enterprise Engagement
  • Work alongside senior sales leaders in the USA to support enterprise deal execution
  • Engage with prospective customers through discovery calls, follow-ups, and relationship building
  • Support communication and coordination with CXO-level stakeholders at large enterprises
Pre-Sales & Solution Engineering
  • Conduct and support product demonstrations tailored to enterprise use cases
  • Gather customer requirements and translate them into solution proposals
  • Prepare and submit RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and commercial documentation
  • Create high-quality presentations, pitch decks, and demo assets
Post-Sales & Process Building
  • Support smooth handover of closed deals to the Customer Success team
  • Help define and improve post-sales workflows and documentation
  • Assist in building scalable processes for onboarding and customer engagement
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 12 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or pre-sales
  • Prior experience selling SaaS platforms to large or mid-market enterprises
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Strong ability to communicate confidently with senior leaders and CXO-level executives
  • Highly street-smart and resourceful, with the ability to work independently
  • Hands-on experience using GenAI tools (ChatGPT, AI presentation tools, etc.) to rapidly create:
  • Custom proposals
  • Presentations (PPTs)
  • Demo scripts and documentation
  • Comfortable working in USA time zones (5 PM 2 AM IST)
