Job Summary
The Business Development professional will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing corporate clients for INTERIOR FIT-OUT and turnkey construction projects. The role focuses on corporate offices, commercial spaces, IT parks, and institutional clients, driving business growth from lead generation to contract closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new corporate clients for interior fit-out and turnkey projects
- Build strong relationships with corporate decision-makers, facility heads, project managers, and consultants
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, corporate meetings, and industry events
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams
- Prepare and present company profiles, proposals, and commercial offers
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to final contract award
- Track and follow up on tenders, RFQs, and negotiations
- Maintain a strong client database and sales pipeline
- Coordinate handover of confirmed projects to project execution teams
- Achieve assigned revenue and business targets
Skill Set & Competencies Required
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out and corporate construction projects
- Proven ability to handle corporate clients and B2B sales
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of commercials, BOQs, pricing, and contracts
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledge of tendering process and corporate procurement systems
- Result-oriented with a professional and confident approach
Educational Qualification
Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture / Business Management (preferred)
Preferred Experience
- Experience in corporate office interiors, commercial fit-outs, IT parks, MNC offices
- Existing network with corporate clients, consultants, and PMC firms
- Experience working with interior contractors or fit-out companies
