Job Summary:

YSK Info Tech Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and target-driven Business Development Manager to grow our Non-IT Domestic Staffing business across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The role focuses on acquiring clients and managing manpower requirements for manufacturing, factory, retail, and sales sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop new business opportunities for Non-IT domestic staffing services.

Acquire and manage clients across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

Build strong relationships with HR heads, factory managers, and business owners.

Understand manpower requirements and provide suitable staffing solutions.

Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service agreements.

Achieve assigned revenue and client acquisition targets.

Coordinate with recruitment teams for timely and quality closures.

Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis.

Maintain CRM and prepare regular business reports.

Visit client sites and participate in business meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field.

37 years of experience in Domestic Staffing / Manpower Consultancy (Non-IT).

Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and compliance processes.

Willingness to travel within Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
