Role-Business Development Executive / Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to partners/merchants across the city and on-board them.
- Demonstrate the product suite and train the partner and its staff on the product
- Achieve onboarding and sales targets by working with partners
- Address merchant and customer queries for key business processes
- Identify the needs of partners and share insights with product and marketing teams to help create and deliver superior solutions for customers
- Act as a product, domain, and market expert through presentations, demo videos and work on referrals provided by the merchants.
- Train & manage a team of motivated individuals to expand the brand's presence across multiple cities & geographies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1 year to 3 years prior industry related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful business development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
- The candidate is willing to work in the field and has a personal vehicle (we provide fuel expenses)
