Role & Responsibilities:
Relationship Management
- Manage banking and investment relationships of High Net-Worth Individuals (HNI) to drive growth in liabilities and investment business
- Develop, retain, and expand customer relationships by delivering superior service to exceed client expectations
- Identify current and potential relationships with additional revenue opportunities and scale up business accordingly
Generating Incremental Business
- Achieve sales targets across multiple product categories including liabilities, retail assets, business banking, forex, cards, and investments
- Actively promote the full suite of consumer and commercial products to existing and prospective HNI clients
- Increase CASA balances within the portfolio through both deepening of existing accounts and acquisition of new clients
- Drive higher product and channel penetration to increase wallet share across mapped relationships
Customer Engagement
- Maintain portfolio quality by regularly engaging with clients and upholding the desired relationship values
- Act as the primary point of contact for mapped clients, ensuring exceptional service and sales satisfaction
Investment Advisory
- Provide financial planning and investment advisory services tailored to HNI client needs
- Generate fee-based income through the sale of investment products such as mutual funds, insurance, and structured investments
Process and Audit
- Ensure all sales and service activities are recorded accurately in accordance with organizational processes
- Conduct thorough client profiling to identify and capitalize on business opportunities as per defined standards
