Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Contact potential clients to establish rapport, generate interest, and arrange meetings.
  • Research organizations and individuals to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop new markets and improve sales pipelines while increasing the value of existing customers.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and generate leads.

Sales Planning & Strategy

  • Plan and oversee new marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Develop proposals, quotes, and presentations for clients.
  • Set and achieve sales targets and business growth goals for the team.

Team Leadership & Training

  • Lead, mentor, and train the development team to enhance skills and performance.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure goals and KPIs are met.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage client communications professionally.
