About the Role:
Rajasthan Patrika is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Business Development Manager to drive digital advertising sales. The role requires a highly motivated professional who can independently identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and deliver innovative advertising solutions that meet client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed digital ad sales revenue targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their unique business needs and offering customized advertising solutions.
Pitch and secure high-value digital advertising deals, including branded content, influencer marketing, programmatic ads, and other creative solutions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in untapped markets and industries.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly and optimized to meet client expectations.
Monitor industry trends and competitive movements to deliver forward-thinking, impactful advertising solutions.
Proactively handle the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and proposal creation to deal closure.
Qualifications:
MBA with 8-10 years of experience in digital ad sales or business development, preferably within the media or advertising industry.
Proven ability to independently secure high-value deals and build a robust client portfolio.
Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, branded content, and innovative marketing strategies.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal oversight.
