Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager to join our team in Vishakapatnam. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and developing strategic plans to drive sales and revenue growth. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance market presence, analyze current market trends, and identify new avenues for business expansion. Responsibilities also include preparing presentations, managing accounts, and achieving sales targets efficiently.
Qualifications
- Business Strategy, Business Planning, and Opportunity Identification skills
- Sales and Negotiation expertise to secure client relationships and drive revenue
- Account Management and Client Relationship Building skills
- Market Research and Trend Analysis capabilities
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the beauty or consumer goods industry is a plus
