Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Orchestration: Build and manage relationships with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Product) and external client stakeholders (Business & IT).
  • Deal Scoping & ROI: Analyze client processes to scope engagements that maximize value, speed, and ROI.
  • Commercial Documentation: Prepare accurate service quotes and proposals; lead negotiation of Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Pipeline Acceleration: Collaborate with sales teams to move opportunities through the pipeline ensuring technical and functional alignment.
  • Standardization: Support creation of assets, tools, and methodologies for scalable and repeatable commercial practices.
  • Client Engagement: Regularly interact with prospects throughout the deal cycle, including onsite travel when needed.
