Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to client acquisition strategies.

The candidate will collaborate closely with the architects and design teams to align client expectations and project deliverables.

Conducting market research, preparing proposals, meeting sales targets, negotiating contracts, and maintaining a strong understanding of the industry trends.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in generating business leads, client relationship management, and executing business development strategies.
• Strong communication, networking, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Understanding of architecture, interior design(Office Interiors), or build processes, with relevant industry experience being advantageous.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyse trends, and identify growth opportunities.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a commitment to achieving sales targets.
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in an on-site, team-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or related field; an advanced degree is an added advantage.
• Must have experience working with Commercial Interior Fitout architect/Design Firm.
