Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Hyderabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also includes market analysis to identify trends, collaboration with internal stakeholders to develop growth strategies, and representing the company at industry events.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of business development, sales strategies, and client relationship management
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven ability in market analysis and identifying potential business opportunities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in business software and CRM tools; familiarity with the elevator or home improvement industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to handle multiple projects and priorities
