Job Title: Business Development Manager- Sales

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in leading sales teams and driving aggressive revenue growth
  • Strong closure skills with the ability to convert high-value deals
  • Expertise in team management, coaching, and performance tracking
  • A leader who sets high targets and aims to earn big
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong in monitoring team inputs and ensuring consistent output

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
  • Proficient in both Hindi & English and local language is advantage
  • MS office
  • Customer relationship Management, Sales & Negotiations Skills
  • Energy, aggression, enthusiasm and Confidence
  • Team handling and Team Management

Educational Qualification & Work Experience :

A graduate from any discipline is preferred

1 year of experience in sales in any industry with team handling experience is only preferred.
