Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

1. Franchise Expansion (Primary KRAs)

Identify, approach, and onboard potential franchise partners in assigned territories.

Conduct franchise presentations, negotiate terms, and close franchise agreements.

Ensure franchise owners understand MAITYS service model, revenue structure, and

operational guidelines.

Conduct territory mapping and identify high-potential markets for expansion.

2. Revenue Generation & Target Achievement

Drive monthly and quarterly revenue through franchise performance, hospital partnerships,

and B2B tie-ups.

Monitor daily sales activities, track conversions, and ensure 100% follow-up on all leads.

Work closely with franchise partners to improve productivity, quality, and business

outcomes.

Achieve individual and regional sales targets as communicated by management.

3. Hospital Partnerships & Doctor Tie-Ups

Build and maintain strategic business alliances with hospitals, clinics, specialists, and

healthcare institutions.

Activate referral channels with doctors, discharge planners, physiotherapists, and medical

officers.

Promote MAITYS subscription plans and eldercare services directly to hospitals and medical

professionals.

Conduct presentations, service demos, and awareness sessions inside hospitals.

Identify new partnership opportunities that directly contribute to lead flow and revenue.

4. Lead Generation & Networking

Proactively generate leads through medical networks, on-ground visits, camps, and

institutional outreach.

Collaborate with franchise partners to strengthen local networks and increase brand

visibility.

Build relationships with key stakeholders hospital management, senior doctors, NGOs,

corporate HR teams, etc.

5. Training & Support

Train franchise partners and their teams on MAITYS services, sales pitch, and referral

generation model.

Support onboarding of new partners and ensure proper alignment with MAITYS processes

and compliance.

6. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on revenue, lead funnel, visits, franchise

performance, and closures.

Track KPIs such as lead generation, conversion percentage, partnerships activated, and

revenue achieved.

Highlight risks, escalations, or support required for faster business growth.

You'll be successful in this role if you have:

Proven experience in business development, franchise acquisition, or healthcare

partnerships.

Strong negotiation and closure skills with a revenue-first mindset.

A solid network within hospitals, doctors, or healthcare institutions (preferred).

Excellent communication, presentation & relationship-management skills.

Ability to work independently with accountability and data-driven decision-making.

Self-motivation, discipline, and confidence in field-based work.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM usage, and reporting tools.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare, Marketing, or a related field.

3 to 8 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Healthcare Relationship

Management.

Experience in franchise development or eldercare/healthcare industry is an added

advantage.
