We are looking for an experienced professional to manage travel bookings and help build our travel business operations. The role involves creating customized travel solutions, securing competitive pricing, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute travel bookings including flights, hotels, and packages
- Research and secure best available fares, group pricing, and promotions
- Prepare well-planned itineraries and travel proposals for clients
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely support throughout the journey
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel suppliers for confirmations and rates
- Manage digital travel tools, online portals, CRM and basic reporting
- Assist in expanding business channels and maintaining client relationships
Required Experience & Skills
- Prior experience in travel reservations or operations (B2B or B2C)
- Knowledge of airfare structures, fare rules, baggage policies, etc.
- Familiarity with travel platforms (OTAs, GDS preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Organized, reliable and able to work independently with accountability
- Service-oriented mindset and attention to detail
