Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Business Development Manager. The primary responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining strategic relationships with clients, developing and executing sales strategies, and creating detailed business proposals. The role entails conducting market research to understand industry trends, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions, and driving business growth by meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Development, Account Management, and Strategic Planning
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building Skills
  • Good understanding of Cross-Border Trade, Financial Tools, and Import/Export Industry
  • Analytical and Market Research capabilities
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams
  • Experience with CRM software and data management tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in trade finance, forex, or logistics industries is advantageous
