Role Description

The Business Development Manager role is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru South. In this role, the candidate will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and manage client relationships, and participate in strategic planning to expand the organization's reach. Responsibilities include engaging with stakeholders, developing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, and ensuring revenue growth through effective partnerships and collaborations.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Growth Management
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building Skills
  • Proficiency in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Competitive Analysis
  • Experience in Education Technology, E-Learning Solutions, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets and fostering successful client partnerships
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant discipline
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic on-site environment in Bengaluru South
