Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Chennai. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and implementing strategies to expand the company's market presence. The Business Development Manager will conduct market research, prepare business proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to achieve revenue goals. Representing the company at events and staying updated on industry trends is also expected.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to negotiate contracts and close sales effectively
• Knowledge of IT solutions, cloud technologies, network operations, and cybersecurity
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to market expansion
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
• Familiarity with enterprise IT services and industry trends is highly beneficial
