Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, based in Delhi and Mumbai, with occasional work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and develop strategies to expand market reach. Responsibilities will also include conducting market research, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and liaising with the sales team to execute business strategies.

Consultants, Architects, Approvals, Listing in make list, specifications are the key work scope.

Qualifications

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in market research, business strategy, and strategic planning
  • Experience in sales planning, client acquisition, and revenue growth
  • Knowledge of the industrial insulation or manufacturing sectors is a plus
  • Proven ability to work in hybrid and collaborative work environments
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to dynamic business environments
  • Educational qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
