Role Description

This is a remote consultant (revenue sharing )position for a Business Development Manager based in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing sales strategies, and meeting revenue targets. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, preparing proposals, and delivering effective presentations to potential clients. As a key representative of Selligence Solutions, the Business Development Manager will drive business growth and contribute to the expansion of our leadership and coaching solutions across diverse industries.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management
  • Proficiency in Market Research, Proposal Development, and Negotiation
  • Experience in preparing and delivering impactful Presentations and Pitches
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and execute account management strategies
  • Demonstrated results in meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and skilled in building networks
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in leadership development, talent solutions, or related industries is a plus
