About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Business Development Manager who can combine business growth with strong analytical and market intelligence capabilities. The role requires ownership across market expansion, developer acquisition, stakeholder management, and business analysis to drive data-backed growth decisions within the real estate ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, developer partnerships, and strategic alliances across targeted markets.
  • Drive lead generation through market mapping, networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and on-ground relationship building.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, investors, and key industry stakeholders.

Business Analysis & Market Intelligence

  • Conduct detailed market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies to identify high-potential opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, pricing patterns, demand dynamics, and project performance to support strategic business decisions.
  • Prepare business reports, market intelligence dashboards, lead profiling sheets, and performance insights using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams.

Strategic Planning & Revenue Growth

  • Support leadership in developing growth strategies, expansion plans, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Identify potential revenue streams, business gaps, and operational improvement opportunities.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, analytics, and leadership teams to align business development efforts with organizational goals.

On-Ground Execution & Stakeholder Management

  • Conduct site visits and market surveys to gather real-time business intelligence and project insights.
  • Lead stakeholder discussions, follow-ups, and opportunity conversions from initial outreach to execution support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of business initiatives and partnerships.

Execution & Ownership

  • Manage multiple responsibilities across research, strategy, reporting, client engagement, and execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership, commercial acumen, and problem-solving capabilities to drive business outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • 4–8 years of experience in Business Development, Business Analysis, Market Research, or Strategic Partnerships.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret business and market data effectively.
  • Experience in real estate, consulting, strategic sales, or market intelligence environments preferred.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, reporting, and business analytics tools.
