Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Onsite

Experience: 3–6 years (applications outside this range will not be considered)

Salary: ₹6.0 – ₹9.0 LPA (based on experience)

Role Description:

We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and build strong industry partnerships for CleHaus. This role is ideal for those who are confident communicators and can pitch our design/technology concepts and services to potential customers and consultants.

As a BDM, you will take ownership of expanding market presence by developing client relationships, driving conversions, and supporting the company's overall growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Conduct market research to identify potential customers, new trends, and untapped opportunities in the residential / commercial space.
  • Pitch the company's concepts, design approach, and services to potential customers.
  • Conduct site visits and understand client requirements (luminous, thermal & security comfort, home entertainment, etc.).
  •  Generate leads through calls, referrals, online platforms and field visit by reaching out to potential clients (homeowners, architects, real estate developers, etc.).
  •   Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and consultants, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
  •  Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and sales activities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and recommend business growth strategies.
  •  Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
  •  Own and drive business development targets, revenue growth, and conversion performance metrics

  Who Can Apply:

  • 3–6 years experience in BDE / Sales role
  • Proven experience in lead generation and closing deals
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and real estate experience is a Plus.
  • Good communication skills (English + Hindi+ Marathi)
  • Willing to work in a target-based sales role
  • Basic understanding of home interiors or design concepts is a plus.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
  • Immediate joiners preferred
