Role Description

This is a contract-based, remote role as a Business Development Manager at Seagull Coaching. The position entails identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with potential clients, and developing effective strategies to achieve business growth. Daily tasks include market research, client outreach, negotiations, and presenting tailored business solutions to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong skills of Pitch decks and ppt and excel.
• Proficiency in Market Research and Data Analysis
• Strong communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities
• Experience in the coaching, consulting, or professional services industry is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and manage remote collaborations effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
