Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Hyderabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to increase revenue and market share. Daily tasks include conducting market research, collaborating with marketing and product development teams, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and representing the company at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications

• Experience in market research, sales, and client relationship management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
