Role Description

This is an exciting full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in New Delhi. The individual will be responsible for expanding market presence, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering relationships with clients and partners. The role includes managing sales pipelines, developing strategies to meet targets, and collaborating with internal teams to support growth initiatives. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will represent RSL Awards during events, presentations, and client meetings to promote the organization's qualifications and offerings.

Qualifications

• Strategic thinking and business planning skills for identifying growth opportunities and developing actionable plans
• Proven experience in client relationship management and networking
• Strong presentation, verbal communication, and negotiation abilities
• Experience working in education, the arts, or international business contexts is a plus
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in marketing and sales tools, including CRM software
