Role Description

The Business Development Manager at Rentkart India Pvt. Ltd. will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Daily tasks include market research, client outreach, preparing business presentations, and developing proposals tailored to client needs. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Market Research, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Experience in Sales, Negotiations, and Strategic Planning
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the commercial real estate sector
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking software
  • Problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
  • Experience in the commercial real estate or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
