Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Bengaluru for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and meeting revenue objectives. The role also involves market research, promoting the company's services, collaborating with design teams to address client needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through smooth project transitions.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
- Client Relationship Management and Networking skills for maintaining and expanding the customer base
- Strong Market Research and Analytical abilities to identify trends and new opportunities
- Presentation and Negotiation skills to effectively communicate business proposals and secure agreements
- Strategic thinking and Planning capabilities for achieving long-term business growth
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and business software applications
- Experience in the interior design or related industry is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Development, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
