About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in lead generation, client relationship management, and the ability to convert opportunities into business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, and online research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions/services.
  • Manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM software.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and business reports.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

 

 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development / Sales / Lead Generation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Good understanding of lead generation strategies.
  • Comfortable with cold calling, emailing, and client follow-ups.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
