Qualifications-
Business Development, Market Research, and Strategic Partnership skills. Strong client relationship management and networking abilities. Experience in preparing proposals, presentations, and negotiating contracts Sales and target achievement skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Experience in the education management sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business. Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred. Ready to travel in assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities-
- Present AstraGen products to schools and conduct comprehensive product demonstrations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets through successful school acquisitions.
Identify, develop, and strengthen a robust network of schools for the organization.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with existing school clients and stakeholders.
- Submit regular business reports and updates to senior management.
- Undertake extensive field travel within the assigned territory. Recruit, guide, and train team members as required.
- Oversee counter sales operations, including material management and cash handling responsibilities, along with the respective ABM and team.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from schools and facilitate prompt deposit of collected amounts into the company account.
- Monitor pending and outstanding balances while ensuring adherence to company procedures and policies.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in the CRM system and Collection Dashboard on a regular basis.
