Job Description
LeadGeneration&ClientOutreach:
oInitiateandconductcoldcallstopotentialclientstointroducecompanyservices.
oIdentify,qualify,andfollowuponleadstoconvertprospectsintocustomers.
oMaintainadatabaseofleads andensuretimelyfollow-ups.
ClientRelationshipManagement:
oTravelasnecessarytomeetclientsandbuildstrongrelationships.
oUnderstandclientrequirementsandpresentsuitablesolutions.
oProvideupdatesonleads,opportunities,andcustomerinteractions.
oAddressclientconcernsandensure customersatisfaction.
Sales&MarketingSupport:
oPlan,execute,andmonitoremailcampaignstogenerateleadsandmaintain client engagement.
oMeetclientsfortestimonialsandfeedbacktoimproveserviceofferings.
oAssistthemarketingteamwithbusinessdevelopmentactivities.
MarketResearch&CompetitiveAnalysis:
oStayupdatedonthecompany'sproducts/servicesandthecompetitivelandscape.
oIdentifybusinessopportunitiesthroughonlineresearch,inboundinquiries,and outbound calls.
Requirements:
Bachelor'sdegreeinBusinessAdministration,Marketing,orarelatedfield(preferred).
Provenexperienceinsales,businessdevelopment,telemarketing,orcustomerserviceroles.
Strongcommunicationandinterpersonalskills,withtheabilitytobuildrelationships
overthephoneandin-person.
