Business Development Manager

IndusInd Bank is looking for Business Development Manager & Senior Business Development Manager Branch Banking to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. A BDM / Sr. BDM is responsible for promoting and selling a company's products or services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Generate New Business to the Bank by doing fresh Acquisition of CASA & other Banking products.
• Manage and sell Savings Account by conducting several marketing activities.
• Understand and analyze the customer needs and provide customised solutions to fulfil their requirements.
• Extend professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Min. 1 Year of experience in BFSI is must
