Experience: 25 years in business development or sales with a digital marketing or advertising agency.

Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across industries using a mix of inbound and outbound strategies.

Client Pitching: Craft compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client objectives, showcasing agency capabilities across digital, creative, and media services.

Revenue Ownership: Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets with discipline and strategic planning.

Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital solutions to inform outreach and positioning.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with strategy, creative, and servicing teams to ensure alignment on pitch narratives and delivery feasibility.

CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and progress using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).

Negotiation & Closure: Lead contract discussions, pricing strategies, and onboarding coordination with precision and professionalism.

Digital Fluency: Understand core agency offerings.

Tool Proficiency: Skilled in PowerPoint, Excel and proposal-building platforms.
