Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, located in Surat with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and developing strategic plans to drive business growth. Daily tasks include networking, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to promote our services.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, sales, and relationship management
  • Proficient in market research and strategic planning
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry in Surat is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
