Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Manager based in Surat. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and developing strategic plans to achieve business growth. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs and reach revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy
- Proficiency in Market Research, Business Analysis, and identifying new revenue streams
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain effective client relationships
- Ability to create and execute strategic plans to meet organizational objectives
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration abilities
- Proficiency with CRM tools and market analytics is an added advantage
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
