Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive client acquisition, generate qualified leads, and build long-term technology partnerships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, strategic thinking ability, and a passion for sales in the IT/technology domain.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, cold outreach, networking, and referrals
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements
Present Relyntis services and customized solutions
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline updates
Coordinate with technical teams for project scoping and delivery alignment
Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
25 years of experience in IT/Software sales or business development
Strong knowledge of digital solutions (AI, Cloud, Web/Mobile, Software)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Experience in B2B sales is mandatory
Preferred SkillsExperience selling custom software or technology services
Existing client network in startups/SMEs/enterprises
Understanding of proposal writing and pricing models
