Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing market trends, and creating strategies to drive revenue growth. The role also involves negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams to achieve business goals, and preparing reports on business goals, financials, and forecasts.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record in business development or client acquisition
- Market research, strategy formulation, and opportunity identification expertise
- Strong relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field; MBA is a plus
- Prior experience in a similar role within the apparel or manufacturing industry is advantageous
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other business development technologies
- 16 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / IT Services.
- Undergraduate degree (B.Tech preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong passion for sales and target achievement.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong persuasion skills.
