Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Refrigeration and Process Cooling segment. The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, leading the sales team, and strengthening market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development in Refrigeration and allied segments
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and achieve revenue targets
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with customers and consultants
- Conduct competitor analysis and develop market strategies
- Identify opportunities for new product verticals and support cost structure planning
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives
- Utilize ERP / Salesforce and other platforms for sales tracking and reporting
Educational Qualification
- BE Mechanical (MBA in Sales Marketing preferred)
Experience
- 10- 12 years of relevant experience in Refrigeration / Process Cooling Industry
Required Skills
- Strong market connects with customers and consultants
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- In-depth technical knowledge of Refrigeration Process Cooling systems
