Educational Qualification
Mandatory:
- B.E. / B.Tech. in:
- Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT
- Electronics / Electrical & Electronics
- Data Science / AI & ML / Analytics
- Or equivalent degree in relevant discipline OR
- MCA / M.Tech. / M.Sc. in:
- Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT
- Electronics / Electrical & Electronics
- Data Science / AI & ML
- Or equivalent degree
All qualifications must be from a university/institution recognized by the Government of India or approved regulatory bodies.
Preferred:
- MBA (Systems / Finance / Operations / Marketing) or equivalent from a recognized university
3. Experience (Post Qualification)
Mandatory:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the IT domain
- At least 5 years as a Business Analyst / Lead Business Analyst
Preferred:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance)
4. Technical Exposure & Domain Expertise
- Experience in managing large-scale, multi-stream technology programs
- Strong exposure to:
- Core Banking Transformation
- Payments (UPI, SWIFT)
- Compliance & Regulatory Systems
- RegTech solutions

B. Job Profile
- Mentor and supervise the Business Analyst team across all SDLC stages
- Manage stakeholder interactions and oversee the complete requirement lifecycle
- Ensure accurate capture of business intent, regulatory requirements, and technical feasibility
- Validate solution designs for scalability, security, and enterprise alignment
- Promote a product-first mindset aligned with enterprise architecture
- Lead process analysis across banking domains (Payments, Lending, etc.)
- Drive data-driven As-Is / To-Be models and gap analysis
- Enforce documentation standards for audit and regulatory compliance
- Provide strategic advisory to senior management based on team insights
- Drive adherence to Turnaround Time (TAT) and regulatory timelines
