Job Description

  • Identify and map redevelopment‑suitable societies and clusters across Mumbai and other key urban locations
  • Conduct meetings with society committees, resident associations, and consultants to build trust and long‑term relationships
  • Pitch the organisation's redevelopment capability with customised proposals and presentations
  • Negotiate terms, timelines, and legal/commercial frameworks aligned with feasibility
  • Liaise with architects, PMCs, and legal advisors to strengthen deal conversions
  • Represent the organisation at forums, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance visibility
  • Track competitors, market trends, and redevelopment activity across the region
  • Provide regular MIS updates and support business growth targets

The Successful Applicant

  • A business development professional with 8-12 years of experience in real estate, redevelopment, or infrastructure, with deep understanding of Mumbai's redevelopment ecosystem and regulatory structures
  • Someone skilled in stakeholder management, negotiation, presentations, and field‑based relationship building, with strong integrity and a target‑driven approach
