Role Overview
We are looking for a B2B/ Enterprise Sales Manager to build and scale our B2B vertical across corporates, HoReCa, and institutional clients. This role involves owning revenue targets, acquiring new clients and growing key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients: identify, reach out, pitch, and close deals
- Build and manage a strong, high-quality sales pipeline
- Grow revenue from existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
- Identify and onboard distributors across regions to expand market reach
- Do market & competition research to identify trends and new opportunities
- Introduce new products based on client demand and market gaps
- Own P&L: improve pricing, margins, and overall profitability
- Identify relevant industry events, exhibitions, and expos; represent BECO and generate leads
- Coordinate with supply chain, procurement & finance to ensure smooth order execution and payments
- Lead, guide, and drive performance of the B2B team
Requirements
- 6–9 years of experience in B2B/ enterprise/ institutional sales
- Strong track record of closing deals and consistently achieving targets
- Experience in FMCG, D2C, or startup ecosystem preferred
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable with field sales and outbound outreach
- Self-starter with high ownership and accountability
