Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Surat. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies to expand the company's customer base. The role involves preparing and delivering proposals, conducting market research to identify trends, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The Manager will also forecast sales performance and develop strategies to achieve revenue targets while representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management.
- Ability to conduct Market Research and develop actionable marketing strategies.
- Strong Communication and Negotiation skills to build and maintain partnerships.
- Proficiency in Project Management and knowledge of the construction or EHS industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to oversee multiple projects.
- Experience with CRM software and data analysis is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Self-motivation, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
