Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Surat, India. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve targets. They will also create proposals, deliver presentations, and manage the end-to-end client acquisition process.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in business development, client acquisition and relationship management
  • Strong knowledge in sales strategies, market analysis and lead generation techniques
  • Ability to create compelling proposals, deliver impactful presentations and close deals effectively
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, result-driven and a team player
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other business software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field preferred
  • Experience in the automotive or fleet management industry is highly beneficial
