Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and self-driven Business Development Managers (BDMs) who can work on a commission-only model. This role is ideal for professionals with strong networks, sales expertise, and a passion for business growth. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, pitching services, closing deals, and earning lucrative commissions for every successful project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate inquiries and acquire new clients for Qualent Media's B2B services.
  • Leverage personal/professional networks to build opportunities.
  • Pitch solutions aligned with client needs in lead generation and marketing.
  • Negotiate and close business deals.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Report updates on pipeline and progress to the management team.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a BDM/BDE or in sales, preferably in B2B services.
  • Strong communication, networking, and deal-closing skills.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to work independently with flexible hours (remote/part-time possible).
  • Existing client base or strong connections in IT, BFSI, Healthcare, or Manufacturing is a plus.
