Business Development Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, generating leads, and managing sales activities. Additional responsibilities include developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with different teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.

• Strong exposure to Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Acquisition.
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills.
• Analytical thinking with proficiency in Market Analysis and Research.
• Experience in CRM Tools and Marketing Strategy is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven background in the construction technology or CAD/BIM services industry is an added advantage.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
