Business Development Manager

Postboy is a creative studio specialising in creative design, animation, motion graphics, editing, film, and advertising production. From brand identity to large-scale social media campaigns, we help brands communicate through compelling visual storytelling.

Over the years, we've had the opportunity to collaborate with leading global and industry-renowned brands such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Red Bull, TVF, and Sun Pharma, to name a few.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Business Development Executive who understands the advertising ecosystem and can help us expand our client base and build strong long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for Postboy's creative and production services
• Build relationships with brand managers, marketing heads, agencies, and decision-makers
• Pitch Postboy's services, including ad films, branded content, motion graphics, design, and social media campaigns
• Lead the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and client onboarding
• Collaborate with internal creative teams to prepare presentations, proposals, and project estimates
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and nurture potential clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Represent Postboy in industry meetings, networking events, and client interactions

What We're Looking For

• 23 years of business development experience in an advertising agency, production house, media company, or creative studio
• Strong industry connections with brands, agencies, or marketing professionals
• Proven experience in closing creative or marketing service deals
• Ability to confidently pitch creative solutions to clients
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment

Additional Advantage

Candidates who have experience generating leads from Upwork, Fiverr, or other freelance platforms for creative or production services will be a strong fit for this role.
