As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base. Roles & Responsibilities:- Generate and develop MICE business leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Pitch customized event and travel solutions based on client requirements.
- Align company services with client needs and expectations.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Conduct field sales activities and client meetings.
- Manage client coordination and ensure smooth execution of projects.
Requirements:- Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Prior experience in the events industry, Hotel Industry, or Tours & Travel Industry is preferred.
- Candidate should be available for immediate joining.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
