We are hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) with 13 years of experience in business development or sales. You don't need to come from a digital marketing agency background, but you must understand how the industry works and, more importantly, have a network of premium clients you can activate from Day 1.
What you'll do- Bring ORM and premium digital marketing clients from your existing network.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with CXOs, founders, and decision-makers.
- Actively generate quality leads and close deals no warm-up period.
- Negotiate and close contracts that align with high-value business goals.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to continuously refine sales strategies.
What we expect- 13 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing (especially ORM).
- A strong network of premium clients, brands, or public figures.
- Proven ability to close high-ticket deals independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
