Hiring: Business Development Manager (Hospitality Sector)
ProBizGrowth Services LLP is a hospitality growth agency based in Mumbai helping resorts, villas, boutique hotels and homestays increase occupancy, direct bookings and overall revenue.
We work with hospitality brands to build structured growth systems including performance marketing, influencer campaigns, direct booking funnels and WhatsApp conversion systems.
Our focus is simple:
help hospitality brands grow bookings and revenue not just social media presence.
We are now looking for a Business Development Manager who can help us expand our hospitality client portfolio across India.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and build relationships with resorts, villas, boutique hotels and hospitality brands
Conduct discovery calls with property owners and management teams
Present ProBizGrowth's hospitality growth solutions including performance marketing, influencer campaigns and booking funnels
Convert qualified prospects into monthly retainer clients (1L 3L+)
Maintain strong client relationships and identify upsell opportunities
Support the founder in expanding the hospitality network and partnerships
Ideal Candidate
36 years experience in business development / sales / hospitality industry
Strong communication and consultative selling skills
Comfortable interacting with resort owners and senior decision makers
Self-driven and target oriented
Experience in digital marketing, hospitality or agency sales will be an advantage.

Mumbai (Hybrid)
Compensation
Fixed Salary: 4L 6L per year (depending on experience)
Performance Incentives: Based on client acquisition and revenue generated
