Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Business Development Manager based in Jaipur, offering flexibility for occasional work from home. In this role, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with builders, brokers, and sellers, and driving revenue by expanding PlotPatta.com's user network. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, managing client accounts, developing strategies for business growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals. The role also involves creating presentations, negotiating deals, and delivering insights for decision-making.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management; exposure to real estate or online marketplace industries is advantageous.
  • Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Networking, and Negotiation.
  • Strategic Thinking, Market Research, and Data Interpretation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Communication, Presentation, and Persuasion.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and self-manage responsibilities effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software is preferred.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and delivering measurable results.
